A lightly steamed Sencha from Kagoshima prefecture. Inviting aromas of roasted nori and sweet hay are followed by a soft, rounded palate offering umami-rich summer asparagus and sea kelp flavours.
A rare tea from Rwanda, Africa
A rare orthodox tea from the volcanic hills of Rwanda's Cyohoha-Rukeri garden. Full bodied and complex, this special tea delivers rich malt and biscuit aromas over deeper notes of camphor and sandalwood.
Big Downy buds of white silver needle tea
A delightful white tea with captivating aromas of brioche, sweet hay and pine. We love this tea's creamy-soft golden liquor and soothing flavours of melon, cucumber and barley.
A second-flush Assam from the Brahmaputra Valley
This superior second-flush Assam comes from the excellent Bukhial estate. Harvested in late May from their finest gardens, it's a delightfully full-bodied tea bursting with rich biscuit, malt and prune flavours.
Meet Your Matcha
A fine ceremonial-grade matcha organically grown in the hills above Kagoshima bay. Rounded and full-bodied, it makes a smooth, creamy tea with umami-rich notes of sweet summer grass, sugar snap peas and kelp.
Our uplifting and fragrant first flush
A sweetly fragrant first-harvest tea from one of Mainland China's top jasmine masters. Soft and seductive, it balances floral jasmine perfume with the fruity notes of Fujian green tea, leaving you feeling soothed yet uplifted.
A delicate green tea with popcorn flavours
There are many versions of roasted rice tea, but this organic example from southwest Japan really impressed us. We love its balance of fruity, minerally green tea and toasted nut / buttered popcorn flavours.
A perfect Ceylon from Sri Lanka
This single estate Ceylon is bursting with quality and character. Bold and sweetly citrussy, it offers notes of dried exotic fruits and fresh ginger biscuits, making for a supremely satisfying and restorative cup.

A beautiful Ceylon from Sri Lanka
An early season, high-grown Ceylon from Sri Lanka's most famous estate. Fresh as a spring garden after the rain, this crisp tea sings with orange zest, gingerbread and sweet hay subtleties.
A red oolong from Taiwan
This wonderfully transportive red oolong is handcrafted on a sustainably managed farm in southeast Taiwan. Wild forest honey and roast carob aromas melt into soothing flavours of dried apricot and peat smoke.
A first flush Tamaryokucha from Japan's lush subtropics
A superb example of a pan-fired Tamaryokucha green tea. Produced in the far south of Kyūshū, this golden-yellow tea offers floral aromas and soft, umami-rich flavours of buttered green vegetables and roast chestnuts.

We love this rural Fuliang green tea. Sweet plum and exotic blossom notes lift from the steeping leaves, while the seductive palate offers lingering flavours of freshly roasted chestnuts.

A well balanced spring oolong from Taiwan's Dong Ding mountain. With its candied fruit, sweet floral notes and refreshing minerality, this delightful tea leaves us feeling calm, yet energised and focused.
An ingenious Japanese green tea
Made from the stalks and stems of tea leaves, this tea is enriched with dried yuzu fruit and a little matcha powder. We love its toasted nori-like aromas, umami artichoke flavours and subtle hints of tangy citrus.
